  • This shop is run by me, Themythicalangel, an independent illustrator and digital artist based in Denmark 🇩🇰.

    All artwork and designs are original and created by me.

    Products are manufactured and fulfilled through trusted production partners depending on the item type. Some items are made to order through professional print-on-demand services, while specialty items (such as standees, plushies, and books) may be manufactured by specialized partners and/or shipped directly by me from Denmark.

  • All products feature my original artwork
    • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing methods
    • Sizes and dimensions are listed in each product description — please check carefully before purchasing
    • Minor variations in print placement may occur due to production processes

  • • Most items are made to order
    • Processing time is typically 2–5 business days (may vary by product type)
    • Shipping times vary by location — please see the Shipping Information page for full details
    • Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled from different locations

  • • Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other available payment methods
    • All prices are listed in DKK (Danish Krone) unless otherwise stated
    • Payment is charged at checkout
    • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information

  • • I offer worldwide shipping
    • Shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout
    • Specialty products may use weight-based shipping rates
    • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information (where available)

    Please note:

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product or shipping prices.

  • Because most products are made to order:

    • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for incorrect size selection or change of mind

    For specialty items shipped directly by me:

    • Returns are only available within Europe
    • Returns must be sent using PostNord
    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
    • Items must be unused and in original condition
    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

    Due to high international shipping costs, general returns are not accepted outside Europe.

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

    • Contact me within 7 days of delivery
    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
    • I will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate

  • This webshop sells pre-made merchandise only.

    For custom digital artwork or commission inquiries, please visit my commission platform or contact me separately.

    I do not sell or share your personal data. Information is only used to process orders and provide customer service.
